the emblems will be unlocked according to your clan's level, and the unlocks are as follows:
Level:
2=You must login or register to view this content.
6=You must login or register to view this content.
8=You must login or register to view this content.
11=You must login or register to view this content.
14=You must login or register to view this content.
17=You must login or register to view this content.
21=You must login or register to view this content.
24=You must login or register to view this content.
27=You must login or register to view this content.
31=You must login or register to view this content.
34=You must login or register to view this content.
37=You must login or register to view this content.
39=You must login or register to view this content.
42=You must login or register to view this content.
44=You must login or register to view this content.
47=You must login or register to view this content.
50=You must login or register to view this content.
is anyone else really excited for these emblems? i've been waiting for so long! which one are you looking forward to the most?

Nope, it has nothing to do with the clan leader changing the emblems. You unlock the emblems when you hit that level. The lower emblems that you should have aren't accessible because BHs programming is just so when you hit the level you gain the emblem, they didnt program it to unlock ones you should have had. They're fixing this mistake with the next patch.
We'll have pretty emblems before we play terminal. That's for sure.

Yes but I am sure there will be an option to get to change the emblem.

The emblem is your personal emblem. I have one already (level 27). It isn't like the clan titles where you pick the 'use clan title' or whatever it says. Once your clan reaches the required level it becomes unlocked in your personal emblems, not your clans.
The clan leader has nothing to do with the emblems that their clan uses.

i Called Elite Staff , and they said that the update will come up on this friday...so stay tuned...
in this day, u have to login in elite by ps3 application and it will say that there is a patch update. install this and load up multiplayer and then update your title and clan tag, and u will get all emblems by level 1 to your clan level, not just one..

I just tried going into PS3 ELITE App and I wasn't hit with NO UPDATE message, so this method doesn't work.
