Mp7 rapid fire/ extended mags, Recon, and SMAW secondary. Toss some flash bangs around where you are rushing to pop up a few on the mini map, send a smaw into said area, that should kill one or two then pop up the rest on the mini map and you should be good to go. Use some C4 as well.
recon can be swapped for SoH if you want, but I prefer recon when rushing. Recon is like having a personal blackbird if you use it right.

I will give you two different rushing approach classes but first... Anybody who would use kick on an MP7 is probably terrible at rushing or is just an idiot. You want to be a good rusher not a guy literally running around spraying and dying all game using Support. My favorite SMG is PP90
Class 1: Beast mode rushing class:
P90 or PP90M1 with extendes mags and rapid fire. Akimbo Fmgs or Akimbo Skorpions.
Sleight of Hand
Hardline Pro
Steady Aim or Sitrep Pro.
C4 and Concussion
Predator, Precision Airstrike and AH-6 Overwatch.
Class 2: More Stealth/Rushing against UAV spammers.
MP7 or UMP w/ Silencer and range proficiency. Or Silencer and ext mags/rapid fire.
Sleight of Hand
Assassin or Hardline Pro
Dead Silence.
Semtex or Bouncing Betty &Flash Bang
Predator, Attack Helicopter, Reaper.
Obviously knowing spawns, flank position, picking up a dropped AR to have backup at long sight lines are important things to know. Drop Shots, higher sensitivity, reloading only when necessary is key as well. Most players erroneously travel in packs so be prepared for doubles and triples quite often.

First of all I feel filthy while using the MP7 and therefore I rarely do it and actually I don't think it is the best gun for rushing and I love to rush.
Essential for rushing is a fast rate of fire and high mobility and IMO the PP90M1 Rapid Fire + Extended Mags or the P-90 with the same setup is the way to go. You could also throw on a silencer instead of the extended mags if you want stealth but I prefer the extended mags especially on the P90, you can seriously get 5 man sprays with that ammo loadout.
I always use specialist on every class but good rushing perks are Sleight of Hand, Steady Aim, Quickdraw, Assasian (is good for any playstyle though..), Sitrep Pro etc.
