A way around it is just cause host migration by either you lagging yourself or a friend lagging their selves on a 2v2 an host migration will happen that way you keep all your xp and IW can't see it because it classes as 2 different games. SIMPLES

if your gonna boost just dont boost much. if you boost a whole prestige IW may take time to ban you but they will catch you because they will see how quick you will go up a prestige and dont always go for headshots. mix it up and the guns you boost with make sure there a class in your custom classes to if they see them leveld up abit and a few headshots on but a few kills without headshots they may seem your legit.
