If want to rank up really fast this the class I use.

Any Sub machine gun
Any Secondary
Flash, C4
Recon, Quick Draw, Any Last perk
Ballistic Vest, Sam turret, Recon Drone
Any death streak

This class gives you about 10K Xp per game. It works BEST for small maps like Dome, Carbon Etc.
