u cant do this unless your actually infected, because non infected cant run quick enough.

That is a good spot. Only bad thing is, that when your a survivor you can't get into there and what's the point in hiding there when you are infected.

Just FYI, you can get there by jumping from the top of the blow up ramp as well.
