It isn't out yet, it does show it there, but when you click it, it will come up saying you need premium and will need to download it from the store (it isn't there yet, and won't be till the september dlc drops), it will still say this if you do have premium, just wait for it to come out, and I think you can still play it if you don't have premium if you log out just like xbox.

It comes out in September.

the trophies of september content are also already in ur trophy list, but u cant earn then and cant use chaos mode until september content is out, they just inlcuded it all in the latest patch

As far as I know Infinity Ward pushed the update for this to add it to the menu, as they needed to patch something that was causing a problem! So the patch was not meant to be out yet but something else caused it to be early released!

Im elite founder aswell, it doesn't show in the store, when you go to the spec ops menu, sign out, then go solo play, you will see that it says chaos mode, but when you click it, it says you need to download it from the store, However when it actaully comes out and you sign out, you can play it without buying it, however you can't sign in before playing it meaning you can't play chaos mode with friends.
