Now with the first controller sign into Xbox Live, find a match and go into a bare bones game. Then as fast as you can on your second controller sign into an account it doesn't have to be gold. It will kick you out back to system link from there enable competition mode, create a game and start game. After the game has started it will kick you out. Click ok then go to titles & emblems you should have all but two titles from spec op's.Iif you shut off your xbox you will have to do it again

This maybe a great thing to do but if you think about it you will have to do it every time you want the T&E etc.

I can confirm this works, just tried it. May take a couple tries for it to work for some reason. Once you go in a game the title and emblem you apply stays, but after that game all the titles and emblems vanish and you get an error message. Then the title and emblem you apply also vanish. So only works for about a game. Pretty cool though.
