1). People have been saying you still get banned even if your not host. Surely this cant be right what about randoms who join? in black ops only host was banned

2). if you suicide only you reduce the chance of being banned. once again would this apply for host only or everyone in the lobby?

havnt a clue mate but alot of people have been banned by doing this, although im not sure if it was the host or just normal people. i my eye i wouldnt think that they would ban randomers or people even in the party, seems a little harsh on people who havnt exploited the game to be banned aswel. you should phone activision or infinityward, if you do tell me the result because i would like to know aswel
