delete mw3 in game data utility...start up mw3 do the 1.22 update and when at the bottom right it says 4/4 @ 14% CANCEL...then you should be on 1.21 patch.....then you go to network settings,internet connection settings,go to proxy.....Put 210.101.131.231 and port # is 8080......then you sighn in...but before you open mw3 you have to start the elite mossy patch blocker(download here-----> You must login or register to view this content. ....install that open the patch blocker then put 210.101.131.231 and the port is 8080 .....hit start blocking then start mw3........THERE YOU GO
