u cant data transfer from 3.55 - 4.30 with the modded EBOOT for mw3, The modded EBOOT will only work on 3.55 ps3's.
u will have to put ur 3.55 ps3 online, i use F*ckPSN to get mine online Happy

Okay thanks I'm using YAB Bypass 4.30 on my 3.55 ps3 Shiver
