try Deleting Game Data, then reinstall your region mw3 fix PKGs without overwriting the official EBOOT.

if all gos well, then the problem is from your Modded EBOOT, try using new modded EBOOT.

oh i forgot to mention it happens with alll the eboots that ive tryed

but did u try not to overwriting the official EBOOT?

you have 2xp and big value eboot ( 40000, 50000 , 60000 ) , no ?

yea i had 2xp but even before and after i had it it was the same, and ive tried anywhere from 28-70k

what do you mean? like not having a modded eboot?

or do you mean after all the patches including 1.23 are instaled that i dont even replace the eboot w/ the eboot fix? cuz the game wont work unless i replace it w the eboot fix

yes dont replace the last 1.23 fix eboot and try, now if u did replace the eboot just reinstall the last update the 1.23 fix pkg and try it
