Wherever i try looking everyone keeps telling me that I shouldn't do that. But my questions isn't whether i should or not, It's "how" to use it to my advantage.

I'm just saying is out of personal experience. I have played with guys/girls around the world! Yes world, I am in the US, and if you are not the host and you live far away and the ping to the host is not good there is a chance either way for your connection to be good or bad. So I have played in a few EU lobbies and I lagged so bad I was doing good. So I think it's just random but?
