No one knows, it's not up to us. It depends if people report you, but like with all modding on games with things in place to catch you, yes there is a chance you will get banned. But it's harder to get banned in mw3 than black ops.

why don't you use instant prestige for jarniboi if you're lookin to prestige ur self by ur self..

I used that EBOOT but stopped before I hit the top 2500 on the leaderboard.
