mw3 modded eboots can only run on 3.55 (and 4.21 & 4.30 CFW)
if you want to run mw3 on 4.31 OFW you will need to change it back to the normal eboot and play online (this remove every mods)

ahhh! dang man thank you so much for the help. you saved me so much time and effort! i wish i could host but i don't want to get banned off my 3.55

or you just resign the modded eboot to 4.30 ? Then you won't get the error after data transfer
