If you have a bad connection it won't work either way, it'll probably just migrate due to lag after a while.

When I am in private game can host up to 10 Client How do you explain that?
You could not change the "Force 18 Player" of the tool Anera in Force 6 or 8 Player Player? Magri and one thing unfeasible

Is your NAT Type Open or Moderate? Maybe even Strict?

I use to have worse connection .5mbps download an upload, with that connection I could not host online at all even with super force host and force 18 players, but I was able to host in a private match. Now I upgraded my connection to 16 download and 1 upload so I am able to host online easily. the only thing you could try to do is get better connection
