I'm only at level 14 so far, so I was wondering what the best gun for no scoping would be? Or what's the best sniper rifle in the game?

I'm level 15 and so far I love the arisaka. It's decent you get it early and hey what can you say it does the job right. Usually 1 shot as long as it's not a limb or below the stomach.
