mate there's a tutorial on it on youtube. type in cod strafe jumping and theres a video with a dudes hands at the bottom of the screen showing you how to do it!

It's relatively simple mate, just don't try too hard cus you'll just do your nut in and get vexed with it!

look one way, turn about 90 degrees, jump.

Tips: Use high sensitivity and Practice.
