I am very new to call of duty gaming and am looking for help and or advise on the game.
looking for ways to rank up faster...
which guns are best on which levels
i hear lots about glitches.. maybe some guidence there

anyone interested in helping can get on on the game under gamertag mclickaboobaday or tips here will be fine as well.

** I am getting about 1-4 kills a match and getting blasted away with deaths. prob about 15 or more each time. I want to try and at least even my k/d ratio out.

I have been playing war as i seem to get more kills, but I wanna rank up fast to get the flame thrower.

Fletcher is right but use hq rank up 400+ points a game

well hq is good what u could do is hide a bit and be more carefull and dontrun like a mental. also aim when u shoot it`s alot better

I definitly have found aiming is better for shooting.. I just have a hard time with the fact of people moving and jumping. i don't move quickly enought to shoot them.

thanks for all the tips..

I have ranked up to level 49 from level 37 in very short time...
you are right 400+ points and upwards of 800 is the highest i have got.

Search & Destroy is excellent but you need lots and lots of practice to even get a kill in it. As for guns, the Thompson is good, it's unlocked right at the start, has little recoil and with Round Drum it's got lots of bullets. You can never go wrong with the Type 100, MP40, Machine Guns or the STG-44. I love the MP40.
There you go, lots of options at different levels. I wouldn't recommend ranking up as it doesn't take any skill at all and you'll have a tough time prestiging or even playing a match at all after you reach level 65 if you don't plan on doing prestige. Just do it the fair way until you think you're good and do some rank ups occasionally if you like.

well im top 1000 and i say use mp40 with extended clip(150 kills) juggernaut(MAYBE stopping power depends how others are playing juggernaut, camping etc) and the last is a draw between either steady aim or extreme conditioning. big map on S& Awesome face

=extreme conditioning. small map on S& Awesome face

=steady aim. anything besides those 2 is mostly for noobz and will result in death by people like me
