Umm. I would say ever since CoD4 has single shot weapons, people would press it so fast im guessing that they made it slower.

my freind has a turbo controller and they patched turbo controllers so that when you use them or shoot as fast as them that it activates the patch and then you can not shoot as fast.

They make loads of damage so they dont need to shoot fast, anyway are you on about bolt action or just rifles?
