i would make a mix between double tap sleight of hand and stoppin power.....YOUD BE INVINCEBLE MWUA HA HA HA MWUA HA HA HA "cough" "cough" HA!

gloves, would make defusing the bomb quieter that or lucky rabbits foot, sniper shots are less accurate when targeted on you.

not a perk but i thought u should be able to get another streak reward after dogs at 7. like at 15 kill streak get a massive artillery that bombs the whole map (the only way to avoid it is to hide in a building or tank or soming)
