Okay. You need to set the game mode to Sabotage and make the bomb timer (not how long it takes to plant it, the other one) 2 minutes, you don't need to do that but it helps. What you do is grab the bomb, go to the planting sight, plant two betties there and right after you plant the second betty start planting the bomb. Then just go up to a tank nearby and press the button you zoom in with (not sure what it is for the 360 but it's L1 if you use the default on PS3 if that helps.)
That's all. Then you can just switch teams and defuse it or have someone on the other team do it.
