This is on Cliffside.
On the image below go exactly to where the word BUNKER is. where that yellow line where the word bunker is there are 2 rocks. jump onto the one to the far left then jump to the next one..

Once there face the entrance of the BUnker and line yourself up for the middle of the left pillar on the left side of the door. run and jump and press B and up you go.. If you do it right when up there you can get to the right.
usually a quick run and jump or something gets you over there. you will fall. there is a cool spot there to pic people off.

You can also move yourself to get behind the OVERWATCH. There is a spot where you will need to jump to get across and you will see exactly where it is.
**I also seen a post about if your screen is shaking and might be a possible elevator glitch. Well once behind the overwatch and you go as far as you can the screen shakes so there maybe another elevator there. I will try.

i got permission to use so I could explain what i found, but it was an old one.. didn't think to look in pages 40+ as I figured all of them were all old glitches before patch
