It's not possible on consoles, IDK about PC. The only way to have a different PSN on COD is to make another account with a different PSN

no its on PSN
His PSN is Dominican-xTUFx, but he invited me and his name was xKAYOS-
I don't have someone like that on my friends list
And when I send a message to KAYOS, it changes to Dominican-xTUFx
add him if u don't believe me

Its a Japanese account, you can change the name on the friends list, but the original one is used in games.
