I'm the W@W Menu Guy !
but modding zombies wasn't the point, it's the BINDS that are important
bind DPAD_LEFT "exec mp/stats_init.cfg"
bind DPAD_RIGHT "exec mp/unlock_init.cfg"
DPAD_LEFT = RESET ALL MP STATS
DPAD_RIGHT = UNLOCK ALL FOR MP
idk if it works, i tried the patch & it loads without problems, but haven't transferred it yet to my 3.55 ps3 to test online..
i have to go now but i'll let someone here test it..
KEEP IN MIN
these binds will only reset the HOST, so if you can't host yourself, i'm sorry but still no luck for you guys :p
if it works, let me know
if it doesn't, just also let me know :p

EDIT:
I tried it on 3.55, if you reset your stats you can't connect to the MP authentication server anymore..
this is easily solved by using the unlockall bind, but your stats just get reset the way they were..

Does it only reset stats like kills deaths etc, or can you get rid of 11th prestige(which is also technically a stat) with this?

not @ home atm, so can't test myself..
& i just finished a new CL patch..
everyone 10th65 on spawn (even in private)
all attach (& i mean ALL this time
)all challenges
was working on trophies, but it's hard to call a SP function from MP :s

Ahhh so you had a look into the bind like i suggested 
I got to tell you something, im working on a "Menu" Type thing for WaW, So far ive got the structure set out and ready to go, and i was wondering if you could PM me your unlock functions and challenge functions.
Also ive been playing round with a new force host, works well for me :
If you want to see my menu, just gimme a shout and ill post i for you, its not life changing, but I like it
BTW was the pause on your unlock cause by the wait4; after the message?

That doesnt work. When starting up waw, the loading screen doesn't go away
