First, make sure you on any mission other then zombies.
Second, go to options and enable competitive scoring and back out to the mission select screen.
Third, go to "game mode" and highlight "Nazi Zombies" the hit the back button (use the select button, the B button won't work) and start the game.

And there you go, Split screen competitive scoring on nazi zombies, fairly simple glitch for those that play NZ with friends/family on split screen.

im guessing this doesnt work on ps3?

Pretty sure it works on PS3 just would take different or more steps to do it.
