*65 Tenth at spawn....(i tryed puting in code so u can pick prestige idk what happend)

i forced the server into thinking that ALL connecting players are 10th prestige 65, so they will all have 10th...

if you want to add cycle prestige code, you need to remove a few other things.. compare my (or your) patch with a original one & you'll see where the difference is
