Good point, I was thinking the same thing about the juggernaut perk. And yeah 8 people would have been alot better being since it is three times larger than the current map.

Juggernaut is gonna do the same thing it does in Multi player. It will give your more health, eg. instead of two hits from a zombie it takes three to down you, which could help immensely as you get into the higher levels.

Honestly the Zombies aren't shooting at you, just face it Juggernaught is worthless in Zombies.

juggernaut isnt just for shooting it also help when people knife you in multi. and the zombies are basicly doing the same thing as knifing.
