i just called sony and the guy said they announced it march 19th which is all day so he said that you just have to wait until you get it. even if you wait until 12 midnight tonight.

The problem may very well be that since they released in the UK, they released the area where you "could" get it in the US. But they didn't actually release the data to the US, so that's why your getting errors.
