hi m8 if you go to my threads there is a link in with a download. and it contains mw2, cod 4, and cod 5 hacks
so donwload that and go to W@W and there will be 4 patches for the zombie mods. have fun. +REP would be greatly appretiated

You may have to wait for a new way of getting the PS3 online again so you can download the patches. Until then I think you're out of luck.
