Ultimately I would like to be able to train and do walk-throughs of each map 3-4 times per week and try and get a couple of real games in daily.

I would prefer mature and responsible people willing to dedicate a small portion of their time to the cause. Creating fire teams, gridding out maps etc. The object is to create a well oiled and finely tuned machine which will ultimately dominate all those who oppose.
