Then what you do is get PS3 Proxy by 3r1c, and re direct all downloads to the map pack on your desktop, then when you download a file from the store it will be redirected to that map pack., So everybody upload the pack's and lets start sharing

i've tested this with loads of files on PS Store and they all work.

EDIT: To Upload the map pack's you need to download it and then look in the log part of the proxy

Ok mr the think has already been done and patched. We used the .pkg hack by downloading games off PS3hax and using a proxy server to send them. You may remember the warhawk videos . Sadly a long time ago in the 1.XX firmwares it was patched along with the tiff exploit.
