(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just use double tap instead of stopping power. 3 shot kill to 2 shot kill..not much different plus it shoots just as fast as the other rifles do, making it a much quicker kill. The only downfall is the M1 Garand's incredibly high recoil, but if your a good shot you'll be able to overcome that easily.

this was a little helpful although pretty obvious, i guess for any new players not used to the recoil of the m1 its pretty useful. It would have been very useful for me if it ws posted way back in the day when i first started playing.

Yea it makes it shoot just as fast as the other rifles...so it is pretty useful because the reason why most people hate the M1 is because of its crappy fire rate.

Double Tap on the M1 is good, you need Sleight of Hand though.

Yea I either use sleight of hand or camouflage on hardcore. On core I don't like them because they don't have any effect on how you kill the enemy. Its hard for me to get any kills with a rifle without stopping power(or double tap for Garand) And the M1 Garand is just horrible nonetheless.

Yea but the fire rate still messes you up. The other day me and my friend were having trouble beating it so we played Hardcore free for all and just camped together guarding every entrance...Actually worked well as we both beat it by doing that.

yea i usually have one class with double tap and another with sleight of hand and depending on how i am playing the match i choose whichever one is helping me more. both are good with the m1
