There is an example off mine at the bottom in the link but first this how you put them on.
1)You need cfw
2)Backup your world at war game to the hdd using backup manager.
3)once done, you goto ftp and goto dev_hdd0, then game, then goto LAUN1234 (THIS IS FTP YOURS MAY BE CALLED SOMETHING DIFFERENT), then goto GAMEZ, then goto bles000354 or what ever region your cod5 is, then goto PS3_GAME, then USRDIR, then english and finally drag my file into there.
Then all you have to do is load cod5 off backup manager and watch the startup.
now i am willing to make start ups for you with your name and w/e in it for free.
This is just something different than modding all the time because all the menus are basically the same.
Anyway all my updates will be in here and here is my first download, Try it and see what you think.
