Took me all day, but here it is. It's divided into three svgs, so it's kind of a pain the arse to load all of them, but it's worth it in the end.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Load the savegames like you would any other, starting with one moving up to three. The first two will kick you as soon as the game loads to save time. Load the last one and the mods should work. As always, press start to activate them. Press back to switch controls, and press up to see the controls for the control set you're on.

About round skipping:
I've tried a couple things for roundskipping and I can't get it to work on a toggle. If you can find a svg with toggleable round skipping on it, I will gladly implement it. Moreover, if you find just about anything in an svg that's not in this, let me know.
Again, press dpad up to call out which control set you're on and what the controls are for it, and press back to switch controls. Everything else you should be able to figure out.
Yeah.. I believe there are quite a few things I'm missing, but I'll put 'em in tomorrow.
