I got hit once by a crawler and went down

when my partner went down i automatically went down

after we made it to level 18 it said we made it to level 10

after we finished that game at level 18 it said we only had like 10000 points each

If you guys have any idea what might be wrong or you have had the same thing happen to you please help because i really want to get the big baller achievement and with these problems i dont think its possible.Please Help
