I don't think there are mods for it if you are talking about the mods that you see people doing on the 360. If you want to 'cheat' at this on the ps3 you will have to do a glitch or something.

Im working on decoding the BB in the Savedata but so far its not going very well, I'll keep you guys updated.

use hexeditor it will probably be easier to decode
