I dont think its in your game files, try and find your region which should be on the case of W@W.. should say something like bles 00968 or something.
Find that in blackbox then switch patches with your modded one.

When you install the game data/patch (for example install the 1.07 patch) and then run ftp. You will find the patch in the HD0 --> [gameID] -->usrdir --> english/french then you will see patch.ff or patch mp.ff. You problem is most likely you did not install the update patch in the first place and so have not got the file there to change. You are working with a jailbroken PS3 of some sort, right?
