All you need to convert it is:

Phoenix v2.1 XBOX Patch (youve got it).
Clean Ps3 Zombies Patch.
XBOX FF Viewer (guess youve got that?).
Buc Shotz 2nd Ps3 W@W and Cod4 Patch Editor.
A Brain!

and just copy each gsc thats been modded into the ps3 patch and hey presto you done Winky Winky
