i think it is if someone in your game has modded it and put alwas host on with mods treyarch has done a hotfix so that person dosent becum host. you see this when hes ready before the host is then the game cuts off and screws up. im not sure but i think this is how. as everytime i try to join a game and get host it screws up

Yes, it has been happening. A modder played a ranked game with super speed hacks, got host, and then the other players got it. Then they got host and it continued to spread. Now there are many infected lobbies because of this.

it happens when you go into a live zombie game and the person with mods is not host everything gets messed up
