Then why on one of the loading screens on shi no numa,( May only be solo ) does it say ACTIVISION. Just would like to no if anyone could enlighten me. Because to me that mean it actually belongs to ACTIVISION Thanx any feedback would be grateful.

Activision is the publisher, Treyarch is the developer. Infinity Ward =/= Tryarch

The devs choose what they want. Activision just publishes the game. Activision does NOT own the game, unless the devs have sold all rights to them.
