Can someone point me to some links or some info on how to put the WAW patch on as well? It is possible to have multiple patches on for different games right?

3.55 CFW > to 3.72 online.

Reason I'm asking is I wanna pick up a copy of COD4 and put a patch on for that too...

You can have patches on any game you want, at the same time or not, it does not matter. To put a waw patch on there are tuts every where, and i dont have anything open to tell you atm. Just do some searching you will find it.

Ok, so I know where to go to change the MW2 patch. Can someone help me with the filezilla locations for waw and MW1?

And is there anything else I need to do before I put a waw/cod4 patch on? Do I need to add and pkg installers or anything?

cod4 and cod5 are in the same location, but in different bles/blus codes 00683 is the mw2 00354 is the W@W and cod4 is 00148 i believe its all in there, W@W is layed out a bit diff, open bles00354/usdir/english and it should be there i believe so
