You can play most multiplayer maps offline, just click on split screen and most of them are there. There are afew that are not there though.

hmmm so do you know if any of the ones i mentioned in the first post are there?

the only way to do it is a private match but thats still online really ???? :/

yeah i guess,you can play all of the maps 1 player if you go play online lan party create your own,choose map then start
