go to the bowie knife place go left up the stairs were the mystery box placec is ( when teddy) and camp there until 20

MAKE sure you are the window guy. that's how I got it.
i'm not trying to advertise, but its better then "camping till level 20" you will not survive that.
this is for use with 4 ppeople. just make sure you dont tell your friends the window position is easy. they will try to Take it!

Get in a game with four players get good guns and just camp with them.
