so they probally spawn in other places there not supposed to aswell
maybe even in the teleport area where u go when u use the tele

but ya if they go in a closed room just shoot em throu the door
if ya cant find em try to tele they just might be there

maybe game glitched, like someone was walking when the server was spawning a hellhound and it was towards the closed door

The game probity thoght the door was open.

ive had one try to kill me from behind a closed door lol
