Yea I thought he sounded a bit like Edwards, sometimes Richtofen says "we have to link the teleporter up to the mainframe, I mean this is so confusing" which means his hiding something.

Yea, Edward must be Richtofen otherwise he wouldn't know how the teleporters work.

and the trailer is mostly based on him probably because he knows it more than anybody and its in Germany

No the message in the grate in the spawn room that is in some weird font says something like "Edward its time to kill maxis" atleast thats what ive heard it reads when people translated it.
