Yes, Treyarch has confirmed that it is in there, but you have to do some stuff first.

We also have not gotten the sawnoff shotgun, I like the 24 bore long range and i really want to get the snuff box but no one can get the sawnoff :(

whats a sawnoff? if ur talkng bout the sawed off shot gun, its on the wall as soon as u open the second door

one and intel fomr treyarch, the type 99 is listed. I dont think it is that good, so why does everyone want it?!

I think treyarch stopped the game halfay thru and call ed it quits, thinking it was too hard

It is on the intel, but I don't know why Treyarch would put us through all this trouble just to get a Type 99, it must be a beast upgraded...

why can't treyarch just tell us how to get it because i've everygun upgraded apart from the type 99 and sawn off shotty

treyarch are officially gay for not telling us how to do it
