ok here is my savegame i have made up for people on xbox360.

million point mod(single player)
jump height

coop

far away revive
triple tap
double jugg
inst reload
laser dot
far away knife
no reload
bleedout

this took me a while to figure out but ive got it so if you want it just download file.
extract the file to desktop
then use a resiner(modio) to resign your profile id

resume game then quit and load a private zombie game and invite friends ?
