Post: Little tips on racking up points

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Some are common knowledge, but some aren't so much:
1. In round 1 you shoot the zombie with your colt before knifing it. But did you know that it takes longer to kill them by shooting the legs than the torso? That means you can pull off more points by shooting the legs before you knife

2. Don't trust the box. Just buy a Thompson off the wall and only use the box to replace your pistol. Don't spend all your points on it.

3. Bowie knife is a financial investment. Instant kill until round 11. And by the time you get there you can soften zombies up with gunfire, then knife them.

4. Upgraded/really good weapons aren't needed on lower rounds. They just kill too fast, so you don't get as many points for each individual bullet that hits the zombie. It's better to have an average gun like the MP40, Type 100, Thompson, or STG-44. Then use double tap so you still kill fast, but it's still the many bullets.

Of course the one downside to doing these is that you may run low on ammo. But I had a teamate that had thousands of points by doing these, and that's where I got most of these from

Also on round 4 if you still have a colt just keeping shooting it and every hit you get +10 so each zombie is around 200 pts. This is what I do.

Also it'll take a while, but if you upgrade a PPsh-41 to The Reaper, you rack up a good 15,000+ every round.

Would't you out of ammo though?

I do this and someone ALWAYS comes up and takes my damn kill i pisses me off. I stopped doing it cause there's always some jackass that runs around taking kills from ppl.

in round 2 you get a new gun off the wall shoot twice in the torso or legs and then knife.

Also keep in mind that the first 2 or 3 levels you should get a decent amount of points by just rebuilding. I like to try to keep one zombie at the window breaking it down and I kill all the others. once the zombie at the window is close to getting in, rebuild the window. keep in mind you stop making points after rebuilding so much. Id say that if you do this right you should end up with an extra 1500 pts or so.
