the first one is found already and many ppl still use it... not really a glitch just a hiding spot.
second one found already also. you can easily do a mini strafe to get on that roof from the pole... not bothering to look for vids but just letting you know they are already found

This spots are good but they have both been found before. Try using the search button before posting and continue to find good glitches!
