Get a friends ps3 which is on or lower than 3.55, jailbreak it and then use it to data transfer the cod patch_mp to your ps3. Or you could also get an infectable mod menu while playing cod5 from another hacker..but that's just awkward because you need to get infected everytime you play and plus infectable menu's suck.

All i want is 10th prestige so it shows up on mw3 but no one on here will hack for me... I even offered to pay
